Wellness

At Sun Life we have a continued focus on our employees well-being, we have a dedicated wellness program which operates both on and off-site events on a regular basis. These events allow for us to work with external vendors to provide ease of access to well-being Services, for example the flu jab, sports massage and heart checks.

We aim to support and educate our employees through various presentations from our external partners with a recent focus on positive mental health in the workplace. We provided informative and thought-provoking sessions on cognitive behavioural therapies and tips on how to manage your nutrition to aid your mental health. We also take part in global programs such as our Teams for Health program which allows employees who are participating in health-related charitable events to be sponsored by the Company.
